@LadyBronte I’ve switched to iced tea and am still on the porch. I think it’s going to be one of those days for me and the dogs.

@kodiac That looks awesome! I spent most of my years in metro areas, mainly Chicago, and I thought when we moved out here that I’d hate it. I’ve taken to a slower pace a lot more than I thought I would, though. The dogs are plenty of entertainment.

@BamPow Same for me always a city kid ,it's so different here and the people are awesome so friendly. The first neighbor i met walking down the road stopped me and we talked then he invited me to dinner at his farm . So different when someone so much older was interested in my life ..

@V00doo It is today. The breeze is amazing this morning, because the corn in the fields down wind are adding just a hint of sweetness to the air. Even though it’s still going to be hot this afternoon, it’s starting to crack with little slivers of autumn making their way through.

@JimboSaturn That’s basically what it is. They just subdivide it between different crops to determine things like crop rotations and soil and water. There’s also a livestock component, so a lot of it is for feeding the livestock and poultry. It’s calm over there this morning, but sometimes there’s a flurry of activity. I’m still a kid at heart, so I love watching from here when they roll out the machinery.

@BamPow Same here! It's a good thing to have in front of your house, nice greenspace plus you get to watch the harvest lol
