@RedRider72: cool. I've only got Simon so far. Lol!
RedRider72 · M
@Sonnet: how long have you been playing?
RedRider72 · M
@Sonnet: I see Simon has some wear on the early frets! Or else you are eating powdered donuts when you play... ;)

@RedRider72: he belonged to my best friend first. I've only been playing a few months.

@RedRider72: I only have 2 but am eying a 8 string and a banjolele.
RedRider72 · M
@aqua59: didn't know they made an 8 string version...have you played one? I would think pressing down 8 strings would be laborious...
aqua59 · 61-69, M
@RedRider72: Not as much laborious, as different. Here is a good article: http://vintageukemusic.com/ukuleles/kala8.htm

@aqua59: great article...thanks for sharing...but no where around me sells 8 string ukes..I think I'd have to play one first to see if I'd like it or not..

@RedRider72: I had the opportunity one time. Enjoyed it. As the article says, not right for every application, but would add some richness to some songs (I imagine pretty much same songs that sound great on a 12 string guitar)
