Well..like i posted earlier. Depression is a 🤬

Sooo...i went for a cycle and took some pics near my home. Heres a near on 360 degree look.
Feel MUCH better now. 😌

Pics are beautiful.

I have depression myself and I know its important to get plenty of light. It looks like you can get plenty of that close to home

@tobynshorty Thank you. Thats exactly why after cycling i headed back home and sat where i took the pics for 20 mins. To let my eyes soak up the light without sunglasses and to absorb a touch of vit D. I hope you are coping OK.

@Perry1968 Thank you. Right now is a bit of a low time, but not as much as other times. Sky is overcast but I'm ok and pushing through. We always seem to manage, don't we?

Holidays are a make it or break it time for me. I'm going to pile up a bunch of books and just hideaway for a while.

@tobynshorty You do that with your books. But inside keep pushing yourself to fight what sometimes feels like a impossible task of doing things that you like. Motivation is very hard to grasp when you are in that mode. I reluctantly got my bike out earlier. Felt lifeless and didnt want to do it so cycled around 6 to 8 miles away from home knowing i had absolutely no choice but to get back. And yes honestly we do seem to manage. Ive done some cruel stuff to myself before i got a better understanding of what i was feeling. Its nice to be good to yourself. Sometimes it seems to pay to look at yourself from the outside. As if you are a friend in need. That then motivates me to help myself as id help a friend or family. Even a stranger in a heartbeat if i could.
