Any advice on the makeup

I have a headshot on next Friday for a professional photo for my resume (CV). I'm going to need to wear makeup and brush my hair. Is my hair and makeup ok or a bit too messy? Excuse the old t-shirt I didn't want to get my clothes dirty and wet while testing.

Might be a UK vs USA thing but.

Don't put your photo on your cv.

It introduces the opportunity for unconscious bias based on all sorts of things straight away.

If you applied to my organisation hr would strip out out anyway before the cv is passed to the hiring manager.

@UltimateDemiGoddess different worlds lol. Like I say in the UK you'd be actively discouraged so the hiring team can't be accused of unconscious indirect discrimination prior to interview
