I would not place ANY element of self esteem, peer review worth, etc. on this or any public site that often has Bots, Trolls, spies, muckrakers, neurotics, psychotics, etc.

It is good for a random laugh, scream of WTF?,.etc. Think of sites like this like an amusement park ride where you occasionally have a fun conversation with someone in line.

No, it doesn't. There are too many variables to consider. The reaction that a picture gets depends on so many things, the pose, the angle, the lighting, the background, the time that it's posted, where it's posted, etc. You can't judge from likes alone.
