@DeeBee Norway doesn't really do much in the way of extreme weather, it only looks that way from hot places like Australia. :-)

I'm barefoot and in shorts mostly from March to November.

North America is much more extreme, as is Russia.

@ninalanyon Yes you're right,places like Russia,Germany,Norway we see the winter and think it's freezing all the time haha places like Siberia,Antarctica,Greenland i have read are among the coldest placest on the planet you wear shorts and barefoot i near dropped my hot coffee when i read that wow :)

My rule of thumb is that if the thermometer just outside my front door is above 5°C then it is barefoot weather, if it is above 10°C then it is also shorts weather. The decision also depends on rain, wind, and mood!
