Need help identifying a glass bottle.

It has mold markings up both sides, so it was most certainly made after the 20's. It has a screw top, and the numbers 12 8 and 3 embossed on the bottom. As well as what appears to be an I inside of a circle embossed on the bottom.

One afternoon legendary songwriter Jim Croce looked at his clock on the wall, then looked at this bottle on his shelf. He then got his guitar and pencil and pad and wrote one of his best songs, “Time In A Bottle”.
