I'd say you are 3 weeks ahead of UK with your cherry blossom tree. It's still very wintry here, but we've got a few daffodils and snowdrops and crocus so far.

@meggie It is an almond tree. Cherry trees are even more spectacular, but we do not have them in this area

@Cierzo we always know spring is here in the UK when the cherry trees blossom. They look a lot like your almond tree.
