I once worked with a guy for just a few days. Mostly a stranger doing presentations that required 2 people, one to do the talking and another th handle the audiovisuals.
One notable thing he did was to take a picture every day, what he called a significant picture, in our case it was a picture of the attendees, and me, and the poster saying what we were doing. He kept his pictures in chronological order on a flash drive and with that he could go back and see a record of what he did on any particular day fo the past 4 or 5 years.
