@Mamapolo2016 That would look rather interesting. I can do that somewhat on a countertop but not with walls.

@Mamapolo2016 That's the idea behind the blending. Slight shifts from one wall to the next, or a tad lighter to bring out the molding, or just a tad darker to make outside corners float.

For inspiration, visit a well painted church or museum.

@Mamapolo2016 Yes, it's the image of different colors, side by side, each inspiring the other yet holding true to themselves. I call that blending. To thoroughly mix them together into one, I would call that "homogenizing" :)

@Mamapolo2016 the more I keep looking at that picture the more I want marbled cake. Lol. It makes me think of when my mom used to make it.

There's a local, Croatian bakery by the name of Strawberry Hill that specializes in povitica bread. GREAT stuff!! Assorted blends, all good.
