@TexChik yes, I've set my mind to it, and I have started working out again, and taking the long walks that made my legs look like that. Also changed my diet last week ✌🏻

@SW-User Really its all about the diet. A group of ladies at my office got together and lost a combined 1700 pounds. Many lost over 100 pounds. Any type of cardio, for 30 minutes minimum is all that is required. Walking is a good one. Good for you BTW!
