@MaryJo1996 I feel blessed to be alive every day now. It is so important right now that you stay positive because it impacts your recovery. If they have an aftercare program where you can get involved do it. My journey with yoga started after my illness and it has helped me a lot. You want to take an active approach to your healing. Be very involved and make sure you research all the drugs and treatments yourself. Know about them ahead of time. I have been in your shoes.

@Fungirlmmm I do my best to avoid drugs actually, I take enough already for various other issues. But i do agree with what you're saying about being positive, etc. Just hard at the minute.

@FemboyJessi I feel ok to be honest. A bit sore and stuff, but just bored mainly. Apparently im not strong enough to go home and lay in my own bed. 🙄

As for being scary...i obviously didn't know at the time, but it was very distressing to hear afterwards. I cried so much.
