@Darina of course every person is individual but one person can look similar to another by their features, like a girl can look like her mother for example. But I'm saying its unusual for one person to say they are better looking than another person when that said person (Pixie Lott in this instance) is so beautiful. I'm not disagreeing with your statement at all, I'm just saying its not something I expected you to say :)
