A Terrifying Encounter with an Angel
It was near pitch black and close to zero degrees when I got lost in the forest that night. I had no map or compass, and my phone's battery was on its last legs. The crunching of snow under my boots was the only sound that broke the silence of the night. Every tree looked the same, and I couldn't see more than a few feet in front of me. Suddenly, a faint light caught my attention. My heart raced as I stumbled towards it, hoping it was a sign of civilization. But as I drew closer, I saw a figure kneeling in the midst of the light, an angelic silhouette against the darkness. I hesitated, unsure if it was a hallucination brought on by my fear and exhaustion. She had her back towards me, and I heard a crunching sound different from the sound of my boots. As I approached the figure, I realized that she clutched a deer's severed head, her hands covered in blood and she was tearing into it like a rabid dog. I saw that her wings were tattered and mangled, as if they had been ripped apart in a fierce battle. She never turned to look at me but I heard her speak in a voice that was both soft and menacing - "You should not be here. This is not a place for mortals." I used what was left of my phone's battery to take this photo, hoping to capture some evidence of her before I turned and ran as fast as I could, my heart pounding in my chest. I didn't look back.
I shouldn't have taken the photo. SHE'S HERE. HELP ME PL
