San Josef Bay - Northern Tip of Vancouver Island

@SW-User Thanks. Its an amazing place but hard to get to. You have to get to the top of Vancouver Island which is long long drive and then 3 hours on very bumpy logging roads and then when you get to the parking lot you have to hike in 2 km with your camping gear and water to get to the campsite but its worth it, most amazing beach in the world (or up there).

@SW-User The Island is super beautiful, is it part of the West Coast Trail?

@SW-User the west coast trail I think ends about mid island. This is up north at the north west tip of the island and has its own trail system, can't remember what its called.

@SW-User I never had the privilege of hiking that trail, I wasn’t sure where it ended. Have you watched Island of the Sea Wolves yet? Shows so much more of our beautiful province. 😍

@SW-User I have had a few people recommend it. Never saw it. Think I need to get in shape before I take the trail tho. It would be amazing to do.

@SW-User Starts near Port Renfrew and ends near Bamfield I think. Exhausted thinking about it.

@SW-User a bunch of kids in my grad class went, took them 10 days. That was a looooong time ago.
