Video or gifs
I’ve been told we can add gifs to our photo albums but I don’t know how to do that are there any clever people out there that know how and will share this information with me?

There are apps to help you make them. Yes even on phones.
Once you make them though you absolutely must make certain they are under ten megabytes in size. This site will just refuse to accept anything larger than ten megabytes.
Most gif making applications have gif compression options. Yet you still might have to reduce the number of frames per second.
The two apps I use is "Gifshop" as well as "Gif maker editor". Both are on Google play store and are free yet with advertising. Neither leaves a logo on your work fortunately.
The following is what I have made with them...

Not as easy to use a phone to do this as it is to use a laptop to do it. Select the gif you would like to upload. Save to your laptop desktop...(or downloads folder)......then upload to SW. Easy peasy.

@edtur61 I assumed you meant you wanted to upload a gif you found online. Making one is just saving a short clip you have taken with your cam phone or similiar to ur desktop or download folder and then uploading to SW. Same procedure.
