I took a series of pictures like this through the eyepiece of a pair of high power binoculars of a super moon a few years ago.. I had the binoculars on a tripod and held a small point and shoot digital camera on full zoom up to the binoculars.. I took probably thirty pictures and got eight or nine like this one.
