Beautiful!

What is that sign all about? I cannot make it out fully. My guess it tells you when it is safe to cross at low tide.

@JoyfulSilence if it relates to Worms Head you can walk to the Head of the Worm but must return before high tide unless you want to spend the night there 😀

@Ironicman OK.

I was at a place in Maine with a little island you could walk to at low tide. I did. But I came back shortly after since I was not sure when the tide would come back in. They had no sign.

@JoyfulSilence better safe than sorry 🙁

@JoyfulSilence It's the tide times sign, but will also tell you it's too late to start out after a certain time

@WelshLovely

That is nice of them!

@JoyfulSilence its like St Michael's Mount in Cornwall. You can walk across although they have little boats to bring you back.

@JoyfulSilence It's pretty dangerous if you get stuck on the crossing. One of my friends is RNLI crew down there and it's to try and stop them having to be called out to rescue people so often

@WelshLovely I was a little worried but it was a short distance. I was more worried about keeping my feet dry. But it was August.
