I remember leaving Ellsworth AFB en route to Fairchild AFB, Washington. I was on Rt. 80, and I was really impressed as I crossed into Wyoming and looked off into the Western horizon and seeing the Mountains I saw. I couldn't appreciate the beauty of my nation's states and its many majesties as much as I did that day.
