I kinda like it where it is though. I think if it were higher you'd lose the stark contrast between the sky and the steeple. The sun burst lines also work well as leading lines to draw the eye up to the most important part of the image, in this case the steeple point. And leading lines originating in a corner are almost always a good thing!

Very true. Besides, if I had gotten what I wanted, i.e., the sun in the upper left of the image, I'd run the risk of a photo that was a little on the trite side. 😄 You know, heaven shining down on the church! But I think you've won me over to liking it lower!
