What do I do to the rat once I've caught it 🤔😧😱

There is a rat in my garden that never leaves. I've set a trap (not one that kills) but I have no idea what to do with it once I've caught it? I don't wanna kill it but I don't want it living in my garden 😩

There's a few things you can do but relocation would seem to be the ideal. Drive somewhere else and let it out.

Do it in the countryside where there's already lots of rats.
