How to calm a cat during a four hour travel in an air conditioned bus?

I wanted to make them fall asleep, since they cry whenever they travel. I don't want to disturb any passengers. Shall I use sedatives? Or can anyone suggest any calming remedy for them. They're still kittens, about 7 weeks.

Doubt a vet will want to give tranquilizers at that young age.

That's pretty young! Don't medicate.
Keep them warm and my guess is they'll sleep the whole time.

Best to ask the vet since so young. If he gives you a dosage among per body weight make sure it is plain Benadryl only - there can be no other additives in it or it will send your cats into renal failure.
