What's a good plant to start growing now (or cuttings) so you can sell them this summer and make a bunch of money?

People always like herbs in nice pots. Seeds are cheap as chips.

This one sounds good, what do they go for?

@FloorGenAdm: I'd do some culinary herbs, such as coriander, parsley, dill you could put them in nice small pots that people can have on their kitchen window. Some in big pots for herbs that survive outside where you are. Maybe something like lavender that people would give as presents. Although personally I would love to get any herb as a present.
Another massive one is aloe Vera plants. Brilliant one for having home remedies. Have never grown it from seed though.
I'd sow the herbs in cell trays for a stronger root.
Have a good check on google to see what herbs do well outside where you live for the bigger pots.
