Do Animals have souls?
I have heard they do. Others say they don't. "Animals have souls and you'll see them in Heaven."
That is a VERY comforting thought if you're thinking about beloved pets. It is NOT a pleasant thought if you're talking about the cows that became the burgers, steaks, etc that I ate, the thousands of shrimp I ate in my life, the thousands of oysters that I have chucked, and thus killed at work. Not to mention the hundreds of pigs that became my bacon, ham, etc. I could go on, but that's the gist of it.
