Can you fellow Conservatives explain to me what Marxism is?

I just read the Communist Manifesto and it confused me because it didn't mention Obamacare.

Marx says business like has your rights anyway with property. He seems to say Government is on the side of the bourgeoisie anyway. I wanna argue with this but I'm not sire I understand the contradictions.
