I don't know anything about those critters. Over here I think they're sold as pets in some places. I guess they're wild and native to your country?

I guess they're sick if they're out where people can see them in the daytime?

@Elisbch Yes, they're wild animals. Generally, hedgehogs shouldn't be out during the day as they're nocturnal.
