i can hear my neighbors' dog slowly die

hope it rests it peace. i also hope people who keep dogs but not care for them, die in a similar, lonely, starved fashion

@calicuz I can still hear it crying til now. it's on the next street (I live like on a hill, so the house is on the street after) been three days :/ It seems the owner is around but the crying dog baffles me. I can't see it well through the shrubs but I hear it

Well, I think maybe you should call animal control so they can check on it. Nothing wrong with checking on an animal.
