Nope. I'm not a cat person. My interactions with cats involves the neighborhood cats scratching up my motorcycle tank, leaving foot prints on the car, marking territory by pissing ammonia all over the place, etc.
I like dogs.

@Flaunt. I presume your neighbor's cat is not neutered. That's the problem. Your neighbor is irresponsible.

@Wraithorn: Hi Wraithorn. I agree about the neighbor being irresponsible, the laws regarding cats as well but I said neighborhood cats because it is more than one. We can't hold anyone responsible for the damage except for the cats. I would appreciate better laws governing cats.

@FlauntTheImperfections: I understand. Even though I am a cat lover I have had some serious disagreements with people who are irresponsible as far as their cats are concerned. I have also had them urinating inside my home at night while I sleep. I once woke up with a splitting headache only to find that a certain un-neutered male cat from the neighborhood had urinated against the wall next to my head while I slept. The stench was very strong. A few nights later I trapped that cat after applying my mind to the problem. He was never seen again.
