@Mamapolo2016 Golden retrievers are really sweet dogs, knew someone who had one in a rural area and she rescued a baby bunny and brought it back & tried to care for it. It’s sweet that the cat trusts that dog enough to have her kittens lay right next to her.

@cherokeepatti I once had a cockapoo, Rags, who waited for our cat to go to sleep so she could carry off the kittens. We'd find them hiding under the bed, behind the furnace, once in a cupboard.

@cherokeepatti She did. She'd never been pregnant, but she even produced milk! We had a well-rested mama cat and fat kittens!
