@Lilnonames No joke. I was vacuuming around the edge of the fireplace brick and lifted the Persian carpet to vacuum the edges better and there laid a dead earwig. Last live one I’ve seen was in the kitchen behind the faucets about a month ago. I hate those things. They hide in so many places when they get inside.

@Lilnonames We didn’t have real winters in Oklahoma for 3 years in a row. Maybe a touch of cold or snow that would melt the same day. So the earwigs & other bug populations have built up. I think this freeze will do the trick but yikes I went out in the back yard yesterday and the fig plants have budded out, they are gonna freeze down to the ground now. And the plum tree has buds on it too.

Of all the bugs that’s around here ,earwigs are the ones I can’t stand . Just their looks gets me. @cherokeepatti
