Have you ever had to deal with a sudden depressed and despondant dog?

It's breaking my heart. She has a clean bill of health, but it's like she's dying. I don't know what else to do 😭

How far did they go?

Can be things like diabetes, immune system problems - dogs don't show pain much.
If she's licking herself alot - get her check out more thoroughly - lickking is a way if coping with pain

Does she get walked everyday?
If so try a new route - boredom can kill Anyones spirit.

So hope you find a solution to this 🤗

@BoobooSnafu I've lost so much sleep over it. Tonight I took her on a different route for our walk. She had more pep in her step! And ate all her food for once
@Foxyfoxfox REALLY!!!!

Oh- THAT'S SUCH GOOD NEWS!!!

Ok. Theory of this goes if I Remember correctly is...

Yes - walking your dog is exercise but.

Its actually more exercise for their brain. Letting a dog smell all the smells, check things out, amd sort of letting them go at their own pace, is more important than pulling them round tje same route over and over.

Their noses are so sensitive - they've been likened to being able to look back in time...they can tell whose been where from the last couple of days.

I so hope things get better and better!

Amd thankyou for letting me know🤗 - i did think about ypur dog last night - and send hopeful thoughts your way 💜

@Foxyfoxfox it's funny how it's the simple things are way more important than we think 🤷‍♀️
