Does your pet request permission to come on your lap?

Mine does. And even patiently waits for quite a while.

Note if she thinks I'm ignoring her after quite some time though she will demand attention and jump up anyway! 😆

The only time I had a cat wait for permission to get my attention was when an abandoned stray went into labor and wanted help. She was a sweetheart and I bet yours is too.

@Shayla You have no idea. This cat is the most attention needy cat I have ever had. She frequently naps on my lap.

Another thing we do. We frequently go for walks. She leads and waits for me.
