How can you see the rainbow with the moonlight?
SW-User
@Beatbox34 From the light of moon
Beatbox3431-35, M
@SW-User The moonlight is not that visible unless it's a full moon.

Secondly it won't be that visible without the sun due to perfect total internal reflection. This is why the sun rays are vital in the formation of a rainbow.

@Beatbox34 That's y you can see moonbow in very rare case

@SW-User I understand your concept but it won't be completely visible. But I get your point.

@Beatbox34 It is rare - but there are a number of photos online.

@Mamapolo2016 Ohhhke.....

@Mamapolo2016 I have never seen one ever which is why I asked this.

If there is something I want to witness then that would be an Aurora.

@SW-User And moonbow is such a beautiful name!
SW-User
@Mamapolo2016 Hahaha yes
SW-User
@Beatbox34 Me too same here
Mamapolo2016F
@Beatbox34 I've not only never seen one, I'd never heard of the phenomenon. Not that I'm surprised there's something I don't know.
