Is your dog/cat allowed to enter your house?
Yesterday I saw several people shaming a woman who said that her dogs are not allowed to enter her house. Your thoughts?

When I was a kid most people's pets were outside or were in and out. I grew up more rural and maybe that is why, but to me that would be normal. If there are proper conditions animals are fine outside unless extreme weather conditions come up. I don't have an issue with it.

@ravenwind43 I'm not sure but I think it's still a norm here. A dog is kept as a guard animal and cats catch mice. They are allowed in certain parts in the house when it's cold or too warm outside but not in bedrooms, kitchen or a living room.
