Is your dog/cat allowed to enter your house?

Yesterday I saw several people shaming a woman who said that her dogs are not allowed to enter her house. Your thoughts?

A dog is a pack animal & feels happy when part of the family ‘pack’. In its natural environment (running with the pack) a dog might be shunned/rejected/chased away by the pack for various reasons, ie weakness. Therefore, when you take a dog into a domestic situation & then banish the dog to outdoors (away from its pack), that dog will be very unhappy, lonely & develop behaviour issues.

@BalmyNites What if it's raised outside or his own part in the house and doesn't even know what does your house look like inside?

It’s nothing to do with what a house looks like, it’s a dog's NATURAL INSTINCT to be part of a pack. Dogs are not happy unless they have the company of other dogs/humans @CrazyMusicLover

@BalmyNites So you need to have at least two dogs to make them satisfied if they are outside?
