@EugenieLaBorgia That is absolutely my kind of place. I would love to live there. If I could have a job looking after the cats then that would be ideal. 😸
@Wraithorn In Europe, many countries, now, must follow laws which clearly state that stray cats or dogs CANNOT be executed after a certain period in municipal kennels. In many places, it was 8 days - now, they cannot do it and MUST re-home them.
@EugenieLaBorgia That's interesting. I'm not sure that would work here unless the majority of people were responsible enough to have their pets sterilized. That is the problem. At least 50% of the people I know do not do this. Education is necessary to get rid of the root of the problem. I have seen people get offended when I mention this to them.
