Can hedgehogs have kitten or puppy or goat milk?

I know cow milk is extremely bad for hedgehogs, but can they have kitten, puppy or goat milk? Or even human baby formula?

Sheeps milk is supposedly ok when mixed with raw egg. But as far as I know no other milk is a good idea.
Water is best.
