How would you react if your recently feral cat brought a live mouse, to teach her kittens to hunt, and released it in the living room?

She didn't release it right away, she kept her foot on it so she could call the kittens. When a few were watching, she picked up her foot. Cats are amazingly fast!!! What would you do?

Probably try to get her and the mouse back outside.

That being said, I had a great hunter who did not know how or when to kill his prey. Birds can be tricky to coax back out the door once loose and terrified in your home.
