this bug came out of nowhere and my gf freaked out.

i caught it but i don't know what it is and im curious. anyone got any ideas?

I see those kind of looking bugs in trees. If you found it in your home I'm hoping it's just a lost stray.
I'm not going to say termite, but I'm not ruling it out either
