Have you ever looked the ingredients of your cat's food...?

...and seen that cereal is included. Cats are pure carnivores though and their stomachs cannot even digest plant matter. Manufacturers probably save money that way but your cat cannot even digest that cereal.
So if your cat wants to hunt and eat rats, mice etc. then please don't get upset because it needs raw meat if possible.

We use a recipe from there to make our cat raw cat food.
If you need a place to get fresh frozen predatory meats, pm me and I can send you the link.

@xixgun Thank you very much for that bro. When I posted this question you and your cat did indeed flash through my mind.
@xixgun When I was a child, it was still possible to have the wasted meat from cutting at the butcher's shop. Of course, now, all is 'health and safety'. I remember, on occasions, there would always be one or two dogs - and even cats - sitting outside at the end of the day waiting for scraps! It was really lovely!
