I went to a cat cafe yesterday! It was such a fun experience and it’s such a cool idea. 🐱

It’s a room full of rescue cats 💕. They have it in order to help the cats get adopted. You can sip wine/beer and play/pet with cats. They also had a cute book that had all of the cat’s stories in them of what they knew about them.

She was extremely friendly and just liked to lay on top of people. 🤭 When I was getting up she literally tried to climb on my lap so I could keep petting her. She’s 10 years old and has no teeth. (They’re not certain why she has no teeth) 😅

There is one of those in Oakland, “Cat Town”. I think it’s a wonderful idea and I’d love to check it out, but I [b]know[/b] if I go I’ll return with “roommates”. I need to cat-proof my apartment first. 😸

@bijouxbroussard 😆 I know! It was so hard for me not to take one, but I can’t really take care of a cat right now, and my living situation can’t really afford one. When you plan to get one you should definitely go, because you get a chance to actually get to know the cat a bit more before adopting, and having that one on one interaction with them. It’s really hard not to just adopt them all. Lol
