I am so sad and hear broken

My 10 month old pup got out and ran off Wednesday while I was at work my daughter messaged me about it.... Actually 2 pups ran off but one came back... My Kahlua has not.... I put a post on FB on lost and found pets page and also called shelter by me as soon as they opened yesterday morning but they don't have her but asked for my info and description of her. and as of this morning 143 shares on that post.but not one person has made a comment or pm'd me about seeing her.
I am thinking the worst and can't help it.
I see lots of pop in my county always posting missing n found pets... Most seem to have success with having their pet returned. I am sure there are those that don't but I am just heartbroken... Ugh.... I can't stand this feeling. 😢😢😢😢
