Can anyone tell me what to do?

I found a wild box turtle in my yard. I contacted wildlife rehabs. But No one has contacted me back. So I've been trying my best to take care of her myself.

I found it 8 says ago. It had eye problems both of its eyes wouldn't open. So I've been treating that with eyedrops and feeding foods with vitamin a and soaks. Her eyes have been improving a lot. Her left eye is open now and the right is starting to have less swelling and it's starting to open.

But now it seems like she has a problem breathing because she has been opening her mouth more than usual.

I know it's bad to say but I don't be able to take her to the vet.

She seems pretty active when I take her outside. So that's a good sign.

Is there any way she can survive on her own and heal herself with her breathing problem?

She needs water to submerge in and you need to be sure that she has the right food. you can look it up on the internet easy enough. I am impressed with how you helped her eyes. An open mouth may mean something else but breathing is a good guess. I would do some research and make sure she's getting the right food and enough of it and turtles, unlike tortoises, need water to submerge in. If provided the right food and environment she should heal just fine depending on what damaged her eyes. I'm guessing she got lost and couldn't find her pond and became dehydrated.
