My cat won't stop staring and meowing at me. What does he want?

Yep. Mine stares a hole through me and I ask and ask and ask "WHAT?" ... no response

My cat used to make what I called "Pet Sematery" sounds for no reason. Basically she'd stop when I'd hold her, thus training me to not go to bed until she was through playing. 😼
