How do you name your pets?
I had a Blue Heeler, Bluedog.🤗 Best friggin' dog to ever place paws on the planet! And my tortoise colored cat, named Turtle.

Usually for the same reason the old joke says Adam named it hippopotamus. Because it looked like one.
Rags, a poodle mix I dragged out from under my mother's porch after her mother & siblings died. Worm-ridden and filthy. One of my top three dogs. Lucy, redbone coonhound who showed up on our porch. Redhead. Lucille Ball. And now Chloe, rescue and rescuer, the very best, and I don't know why, except I followed my late husband's C names for Corgis.
