In UK what are those really small black flies?

Seen them first time ever. They're practically everywhere.

Gnats or could be fruit flies, gnats are skinny, fruit flies tiny but fat! Lol

Gnats. They're annoying as fuck, and spread like cancer. Careful not to bring them home with you.
