馃槦 Oh no,what麓s wrong ?

Does she have a fever ?
SW-User
@Underconstruction She has been not her usual self yesterday and today. She has been quiet and sort of lethargic. She has also had a little diarrhea and had a little "accident" on herself today. I going to take her to the vet in a couple of hours. I don't think she has a fever. She was chattering at birds today, but still moving kind of slowly.
@SW-User My Dejavu was very sick last year. It was a bladder infection.

Is she peeing ok ?
SW-User
@Underconstruction Oh no :( Yeah, she is peeing OK. She is also drinking water and eating OK.
SW-User
@Underconstruction I remember when poor Deja was so sick :( Heartbreaking!
@SW-User Cats do not show pain easily. Maybe she has something similar. If she麓s straining when she pees it could be it, but better check with her vet ( I actually call them cat pediatricians )

He will probably order a blood test and a urine sample.

Get your wallet ready
SW-User
@Underconstruction Yeah. They want me to try to get a stool sample, but she hasn't used the litter box for a little while.
@SW-User Maybe if you add a little bit of olive oil to her meal it would help things along.

When was the last time you gave her anti-parasite medication ?
SW-User
@Underconstruction Actually, I've never given her an anti-parasite med. She is an indoor cat only so I always thought she wouldn't need it. Is this not true?
@SW-User Mine was a rescue so we had to give him medication when we adopted him and the doctor recommended we do it at least once a year even if he麓s an indoor kitty.
SW-User
@Underconstruction Ohhhh OK. Maybe I should be doing the same? I will ask them. I adopted Miss Meow from a friend who had a litter of kittens.
@SW-User I have given him Drontal and he is fine, digestive track wise.
