I think my dog is sad

because i haven’t been able to take him out and play with him lately like i usually do. Instead my mom or someone just takes him out every now and then; and when he comes back in he runs up to me and starts whining and licking me and stuff. I feel so bad but there’s nothing i can do atm 😂🤷‍♀️
