Hamsters are sweet little animals...my daughter brought one home from the science class to care for it for the summer, I bought it a hamster wheel and it would chase the cat all over the apartment...woke up one night and it was crawling up my leg, had climbed up the bedspread and somehow got under the sheets....

@Stark The teacher said she could keep the hamster after school started back but since they only live 2 years I was afraid she'd cry when it died so I told her to give it back, I would have loved to have kept it if it would live longer.
