I Have a Dog

I was walking my dog in a nearby park today. While leaving I heard some guy yelling "hey!". I turned around and saw a little pug running towards me. It had one of those chain collars on it so I pulled my dog back just in case the pug was aggressive. If it tried to bite my dog I would've kicked it so hard it'd fly to China. So it comes up to try to sniff my dog and nudge it away. It goes back to its owner and the dipshit didn't even apologize for having his mutt run up to me. Wtf is wrong with people in my state! Can't keep you're dog on a leash? This aint no off leash dog park you fool. This has happened 4-5 times in the past month. Only a matter of time before one runs up and bites my dog.
